We participated to Annual Conference of Japan Society for Safety Science (JSSE) held on 1-2 December 2022 in Yonago Convention Center, Tottori. This conference is one of our main academic conference, and Imamura continuously presents our research results.

In this year, two graduate students and one undergraduate student presented their research results. Although we presents comparatively practical research results by Imamura, presentations in this time are comparatively academic studies. We presented results related to the ignition behavior of propanbe/air mixture by hot wire, developing prediction model for quenching distance, critical ignition condition of propane/air mixture by a heated surface, using a series of experiment, numerical simulations, dimensional analysis, and so on. Imamura roled as a panelist of the panel discussion related to discussion on the future of the safety engineering and as a chair of fire session. 

All students had a first trip to Tottori. They went to see ocean early morning because Nagano is not faced to ocean.
